Never Lose your Desire to Help Someone

We all experience this, as I did yesterday. When I got to my car I wrote this…          

I hope I never get to the point in my life where I have lost my integrity and values about doing what is fair and just to help others who need it.

Instead some people do what they are told to do, when they know it isn’t right. They push someone away when they know they have the answer, when they know they could have made a difference. They take instruction from someone who also doesn’t care. Then they both become a part of each others apathy.

Nothing could be worth sacrificing my beliefs and values, knowing I could have done more to help someone. And nothing would stop me from doing what I know is right to help someone.
