How to Manifest

Do you believe you can manifest what you want?  

Manifesting is about having an optimistic outlook on life and the future and living in alignment with your aspirations and dreams.  When you do, you behave and act in alignment with your desires and have better mental and physical health which allows for good things to happen for you.  Studies have shown that believing you can achieve (manifest) your goals can actually make them happen.

Ways to start Manifesting:

Practice Visualization and/or start a Vision Board with pictures of what you want.  Visualize yourself with what you want.

Perform Positive Affirmations several times a day, releasing all doubt and negativity.  Read positive inspiring quotes.

Journaling your thoughts and goals. Journaling is an effective way to revisit your goals.  Journaling has even been shown to help you heal simply by writing your thoughts.

Take Inspired action…small actions every day.  Inspired action is what feels natural, joyful, listening to intuition, being in alignment with what you want to manifest

Use rituals or things that make you feel better like aroma, music, candles, crystals, 777, etc., 

Act as though you already have what you want and believe it is already done, do not think negative thoughts.

What are your intentions for wanting it…feel it. Get clear about what you want.

Always practice self-care in all areas of life.  You can’t manifest what you desire if you are not feeling good about yourself.
